Wallingford Pubs : The Green Tree pub in Wallingford 'This pub is all about atmosphere, a bit of a dive to anyone not from Wallingford but a great place with a quality jukebox (mainly 1960's-1990's rock) and a pool table. Decoration is at a minimum but there is a beer garden/patio out the back. ' Report
Cholsey Pubs : The Red Lion pub in Cholsey near Wallingford 'This is a case of a pretty dire pub being popular because of there being little or no competition. there is a pool table(though mind your head on the low ceiling) and an ok jukebox but the service is v. slow due to the often intoxicated Land-lord!' Report
Wallingford Pubs : The Royal Standard pub in Wallingford 'Much improved since going over to Cocktail Bar/Wine Bar style. Most of the customers are 20-30 which makes for a lively atmos but the drinks (particuarly the Cocktails) are overpriced and pints come in tall straight glasses (!?). The bar staff are generally of the attractive female variety (bonus) but know very little about what they're serving you.' Report
Wallingford Pubs : Mill House pub in Wallingford 'This pub has been the Boat-House(for the 2nd time) for at least 3 years. It's a nice place to spend a summer evening by the river but give it a wide berth unless you're 16-21, enjoy "largin it" with your fake Burberry mates and are in to crappy dance tunes. Has occasional good beer promos though. ' Report
Wallingford Pubs : The Dolphin pub in Wallingford 'This place is on a slippery slope into oblivion. It's prob the most central pub in the town but is dark and dingy and often seems busier during the day than on a weekend night. Has Bar billards table which is old-school but you need to be under 5 ft tall to fit under the stupidly low ceiling to play!' Report
Benson Pubs : The Crown Inn pub in Benson near Wallingford 'Has got bigger in last 5 years and has good menu but I'm never failed to be amazed by the amount of wristers who hang out here! In the rear bar you'll find allsorts of unsavoury characters you forgot existed and wish never existed!' Report
Wallingford Pubs : The Kings Head pub in Wallingford 'THis pub has been demolished to make way for a new Supermarket, and fairplay too! Always a dive, not very welcoming(except to 50-something lard-assed regulars) and prob one of the ugliest builings in the town centre I won't be sorry to see it go, (1 less pool table in the town though).' Report
Dorchester-On-Thames Pubs : The Plough Inn pub in Dorchester-On-Thames near Wallingford 'This place scares me. Have not been in for at least 5 years and that was for a very very quick pint. May have improved but enter at your own risk.' Report
