'Being Royal Infirmary Staff, this is a great place to go after a hard day at the office... Good fun, bouncing on a Friday night... Great staff, warm and friendly, but gets a bit smokey during karaoke! All round - great place to booze!'

'I'd agree with "alibi" when he mentions about the (dim) aussie staff? However, quite a good place to go for a girly night out, wouldn't recommend it on a date though, as I fell asleep on the big comfy sofa's! Cheap booze if you like the specials, less deals at weekends. An all round not bad place if you don't mind hanging with the "anything goes" type.'

'We went in for a drink - what a nitemare! Barmaids (australian) didn't have a clue what you were asking for, and when i said my drink didn't taste right - she offered to replace it, DRANK SOME from the glass, said it tasted ok, and tried to give me it!!! Absolutely minging pub, will not be back there and wouldn't recommend to anybody!'

'Trying to keep up with Bairds bar here - a bit of a den, and not a place for classy burds to visit... Dodgy blokes, dodgy deals - not the nicest pub in the east end! if you aren't wearing green when you enter, they'll offer you something as you go in... Otherwise you'll stick out like a sore thumb!'
