'This pub is a great place for karaoke on Wednesday nights after 8pm. I've frequented this haunt for nearly ten years and it's sill going strong. If you fancy making a long night of it then go upstairs to the adjoing nightclub open until 1:15am'

Stone Pubs : The Poste of Stone pub in Stone
'A Wetherspoons pub serving the usual range of beers. Plenty of room in the restuarant area so you're never overcrowded. They can cook rump steaks at this Wetherspoons so recommended on Tuesdays Steak night. Excellent curries served cheaply on a Thursday complete with a free pint. Fridays and Saturdays after 7pm always VERY busy and can take 15-20 mins to be served which is a real shame. I tend to avoid these times and go to the Crown And Anchor just across the way. BONUS - - This pub serves bottles of Corona for just 99p.'

Stone Pubs : Three Crowns pub in Stone
'Top country style thatched pub and probably the best in Stone. Lots of corners to hide away and with drinks at the upper scale of the price band doesn't put you off as food here is really 10 out of 10 with good value for presentation and taste. Something special to celebrate? Then this is the place in Stone.'

Barnard Castle Pubs : The Old Well Inn pub in Barnard Castle
'A super pub to have a great meal at - looks cordon Bleu in presentation and taste. I went twice and had the beef and pork roast option off the blackboard. Real nice range of ales along with a great beer garden full of character. If you have a few special friends popping around soon - bring them here!'
