Brentford Pubs : The Wagon & Horses pub in Brentford
'I grew up around the corner, In the area around the north side of Kew Bridge there were 4 pubs almost next door to each other. The Plough (Now demolished); The Star and Garter (Now an office block) The Express (Probably the best pub in the whole wide world) and The Wagon and Horses. In my 30 years of drinking I've used it 5 times, I've never ever felt comfortable in The Wagon and Horses. They keep their beer OK though.'
Report
