Desford Pubs : The Lancaster Arms pub in Desford near Leicester
'We had a steak that couldn't be eaten because it was so dry, chicken that was dry with shrivelled mushrooms and sauce and a fish that was ok but bland. The potatoes were out of a can. We tried to speak to the landlord only to receive a load of abuse, we weren't the only ones to complain and to top it all we sat near the kitchen and were subject to hearing the chefs and staff Fxxxing and blinding all night due to the complaints!! DON'T GO!!'

Wolvey Pubs : The Blue Pig pub in Wolvey near Hinckley
'Had a superb meal here, no complaints and plenty of food! The beer and wine were excellent too. Recommend to anyone. The staff were brilliant and told us how everything was cooked, as the peas were superb!'

Leire Pubs : The White Horse Inn pub in Leire near Lutterworth
'This is a fantastic place to eat. Although not cheap the food is all home made and delicious. Rik who is in charge is brilliant and makes you feel extremely welcome and is always on hand to offer wine advice etc. I would recommend to anyone.'

Narborough Pubs : The Copt Oak pub in Narborough near Leicester
'This pub has gone down hill rapidly, although the staff are all brilliant. There is glass strewn around all outside which is a danger to children and the alot of people have complained about the food making them ill. Wouldn't recommend.'
