Pudsey Pubs : The Junction pub in Pudsey
'The Junction Pub is a fantastic and friendly pub catering for all people!! The food (served 12-3, 5-7 Monday to Thursday and 12-5 Friday, Sat & Sunday) is absolutely beautiful I have never found a fault with it and as far as I’m aware neither have any of my friends who I usually go there with!! Through the day the pub caters for all ages e.g. Families with children can go in for a meal or quiet drink, persons who are in to sports can go in qand watch the sports on the big screen and the numerous little screens dotted around the pub or just people in search of a drink!! This pub is very clean and tidy and the bar staff always make you feel welcome and they truly do believe in service with a smile!! After 7 o'clock there is a strictly no under 18's policy and if you haven't got ID you will be asked to leave the premises!! Also there are various activities through out the week my favourites are a Thurs, Fri, Sat and Sunday night. On Thursday there is the wonderfully prepared quiz with a gallon of ale as the first prize and usually something excellent for second prize!! On Friday there is an excellent DJ Steve Haigh, Steve is always open to requests and is also always very friendly!! On a sat night at the moment there is a free duke box all night and the occasional live entertainment which as I have witnessed have always been to the highest standard, However they are soon to be bringing a Karaoke night in which I am sure will go down a storm. Then on a Sunday which is always a brilliant night There's Ian DJing with a set called mad about music Ian is an excellent DJ and if you request a particular song he hasn't got on the day he'll always do his best to get it for you the next week (although he has never failed to get me a song yet)! However if on one of these nights you don't particularly fancy what’s going on you can always go into the other room and just have a quiet drink and even request for something on TV or on a nice night or even just through the day you can go and sit outside in the beer garden!! I would certainly recommend this pub to anyone. Now time for the special mentions Kath and Naf are both wonderfully talented people who would bend over backwards to help there customers and then the bar staff with Sarah, Dawn, Kelly and Dodge amongst them are equally friendly and I feel that they actually go out of their way to not just serve the customers (with a smile of course) but to actually build a relationship or Friendship with the customers!! And I think it's this that truly makes the Junction pub an absolutely brilliant pub to go in!!! I luck forward to seeing you all in there!! '

'i am from Leeds and have only visited this pub a few times when i was visiting friends last year who live near Breightmet and i found this pub to have an extremley friendly and relaxing atmosphere!! i would certainly recommend this pub to others!!'

'Hi all! i now work in this pub and must say it's great! all the bar staff are polite and friendly! the DJ's on Fri, Sat and Sunday are superb and the Karoke on a Thurs & Sun is great!! the pub is always clean and Tidy and i would certainly reccomend it to others!'
