There is also a really peculiar bar-man who likes to talk about maths and physics all the time.' Report
Waltham Cross Pubs : The Temple Bar pub in Waltham Cross 'This horrible dump is so bad it's good. Stella drinkers welcome, and anyone on the way home from anger management classes.' Report
Waltham Cross Pubs : Happy Pig pub in Waltham Cross 'Fascist pig' Report

Barford Pubs : Joseph Arch Inn pub in Barford near Warwick 'Fantastic recently re-furbished village pub. Small but with two bars and a very cosy atmosphere. Locals are very friendly but beware who you get into a round with as these blokes like to drink, imagine New-years eve with Alan Brazil & Freddy Flintoff after they've had a punch up with the missus, and you might get an idea of what your liver's in for.' Report

Still the staff are attentive and the music's good - check out club Bang-Bang website for Friday nights.' Report
London (E) Pubs : The Standard Music Venue pub in London (E) 'Two pubs for the price of one here. The 'Tryst' which is one room, a pool table with some lager thrown in, then there's 'The Standard' music venuse next door. Mainly hosting tribute bands with new stuff in supportthese days. No ale, but they still do Grolsch in pop-top bottles, which is fun.' Report
London (EC) Pubs : The Sterling pub in London (EC) 'If you are a city gent and you don't know where to spend your latest £1 million bonus, you could start here, as this bar is in the base of the 'Gherkin'. Loads of TV screens for sport and some really nice food(just a bit pricey though).
' Report
London (N) Pubs : T-Bird pub in London (N) 'I must have walked past this place a thousand times without ever going in. I wish I'd made it a thousand and one. It has the feel of a run-down American back street bar, watery lager and people staring vacantly into space, not my cup of tea, but you do save the air fare.
Good selection on the juke box though, unfortunately the night I was there my two quids worth of the Specials and Jimi Hendrix was immediatetly turned of so the "DJ" could whack on some Lionel Ritchie. Nuff said.' Report
London (N) Pubs : Ferry Boat Inn pub in London (N) 'Nice pub in a not very nice area. More of a food place than a boozer, but still a comfortable place for a pint.' Report
