Lincoln Pubs : Bar LN2 pub in Lincoln 'I've only just moved to the UK 2 days ago and this was my 3rd pub. Seemed clean, friendly barmaid and inexpensive beer. Didn't try the food this time around but I'll go back' Report
Lincoln Pubs : Slug and Lettuce pub in Lincoln 'My 1st pub in the UK, not quite what I expected. Modern, clean and fairly inexpensive. Decent selection of beer. Menu seemed to have a wide variety of food but didn't try it this visit.' Report
Waddington Pubs : The Wheatsheaf pub in Waddington near Lincoln 'Nice spot for lunch not a huge menu but the food was good and fairly quick. Some different choice for beer than you seen in your everyday pub. real convenient to the RAF.' Report
Lincoln Pubs : Lion & Snake pub in Lincoln 'Got a nice homey feel to it. Pretty extensive ale selection. Lots of room and tables inside as well as a beer garden outside (when the weather is decent)' Report

Lincoln Pubs : The Still pub in Lincoln 'Friendly barman, quiter and a lil older than the other pubs around it. Limited menu. ' Report
Lincoln Pubs : Varsity pub in Lincoln 'Great place to watch AMERICAN football on Sunday, screens everywhere. Just don't expect to get fed after 6:00. Seems that the kitchen closes fairly early on Sunday. Ok selection of beer though with decent prices even better with the V-Card (1GBP)' Report
Lincoln Pubs : Royal William IV pub in Lincoln 'Definetly the place to go if you want to have a quiet drink and not be bothered by TVs or people. All the girls are in the 2 pubs next door. Tried the Courage bitter (seemed that it had passed it's prime and should have been changed out a while back). ' Report
Lincoln Pubs : Walkabout Inn pub in Lincoln 'Nothing special about this place, limited tap selection and nothing you can't get anywhere else. Bare concrete floor does not add to the charm.' Report
Lincoln Pubs : Adam & Eve pub in Lincoln 'Great place to stop off for a beer on the way up the hill. Good food if you get there for lunch. Usually 2-3 real ales on tap. When the suns out the back patio is well used and nicely done. Good view of the cathedral. I'm told this is the oldest pub in lincoln.' Report
Lincoln Pubs : Sippers Free House pub in Lincoln 'I'm pretty sure you mean Sippers, great selection of real ales. Not sure if it's still open. Always seemed a little dark and dingy but the clientele seemed to treat new comers pretty nice. Bar tenders were very helpful with suggestions. Location not the best being across from the bus station.' Report
Lincoln Pubs : Bull & Chain pub in Lincoln 'One close to home, a little worn but it has a couple of real ales and decent food for the price. It's Gotten a lot better now that you can't smoke inside. large beer garden to the side for the kids to run crazy.' Report
Lincoln Pubs : Dog and Bone pub in Lincoln 'Went there during their beer festival last month. They keep a nice selection of real ales. Nice layout with back beer garden. No food to speak of at this time. Real nice owners. The hours are the only downside, closing down for the afternoon and not opening again till 7. Short walk from the arbertum. Generally a local clientele but they welcomed me and my partner just fine.' Report
Navenby Pubs : Kings Head pub in Navenby near Lincoln 'Very nice pub, 3-4 real ales. Good food . A few tables out back in the beer garden. Building split between the restuarant and the pub. So either go fancy or casual, you;ll fit in. Decor is up to date and the staff are very friendly. Yes it is a bit more expensive than the normal pub but well worth it.' Report
Lincoln Pubs : The Ritz pub in Lincoln 'Well the Real Ale festival is going on so it's a great pub to be at for £1.49 real pints. The breakfast is hard to beat at £2.49.
Good Location on High St. Nice and Quiet to sit back and enjoy a pint.' Report
Lincoln Pubs : Barge on the Brayford pub in Lincoln 'Defintely more of a resturant than a pub/bar but on a warm sunny day (few and far inbetween around here)the outside deck is a nice place to sit back and enjoy a bevarage and a bite to eat. Sitting right next to all the other Hot spots on the Brayford Pool' Report
Lincoln Pubs : Duke Of Wellington pub in Lincoln 'Nice pub right on the main road. You will probablyotice the doors that have crowds painted on them. No real ales if I recall but 4-5 standard cold lagers. Went on a Sunny day and discovered an enourmous Beer Garden in the back (it's all pave stones) with plenty of seating. Has some pens populated by huge rabbits and some guinea pigs. Apparently they have live music on the weekends and karaoke during the week. 1 pool table inside. WC (mens) a wee bit cramped but gets the job done.' Report
Lincoln Pubs : Prince of Wales Inn pub in Lincoln 'In the middle of the bailgate area, a little dingy and more of a local crowd. Has a pool table and a few different beers on tap. Small beer garden next to the huge one next door. Nothing too special about this place.' Report
Lincoln Pubs : Jolly Brewer pub in Lincoln 'Great place to grab a Real Ale. Usually 4-5 on tap along with your regular Yellow, Fizzy, P@ss. They tend to have live music on the weekends and an open mic night during the week. Nice beer garden in back when the weather allows. Querky interior and populated by all sorts from students, locals, professionals and even the occasional goth. Everyone seems welcome. Can't say that I noticed it as a "Queer" bar. No food that I noticed.' Report
Navenby Pubs : Lion & Royal pub in Navenby near Lincoln 'It's an OK pub(an ADAM and Eve run), limited pub menu has @4 real ales. Large beer garden. It does seem a bit local but the staff do serve ya without giving you any grief. Clean enough though some spots could use a touch up. Parking space for large amount of customers.' Report
Lincoln Pubs : Green Dragon pub in Lincoln 'Well the Dragon has just been renovated and re-opened. There are 12 Real Ales on Tap in the Lower Floor with an entry from the riverside. In addition they have your normal yellow fizzy beer and assorted booze. Has a nice fresh feel to it. The WC (mens) probably could have done with a bit more work but still functions and not cramped. Look forward to the resturant openning soon.' Report
Coleby Pubs : The Bell Inn pub in Coleby near Lincoln 'This is a more upscale Pub. Great food and a few real ales. the bar seperates the dinning from the bar area. very clean. nice beer garden. plenty of parking. Staff friendly and attentive.' Report
Lincoln Pubs : The Burton Arms pub in Lincoln 'Just strolling around town on a warm day and came accross this pub. Nice and roomy inside, seemed fairly clean. A few TVs with the footy on. Plenty of beer on tap but I don't think I saw any real ales but the Carling was cold. Went into the back beer garden which is surprisingly large. Mix of clientle both old and young. Staff prompt and friendly.' Report
Lincoln Pubs : The Square Sail pub in Lincoln 'Well it's on the Brayford Pool, it's mainly a student bar being across from the Uni but all sorts show up. Gets rather loud later at night. Lots of beer taps and upt to 6 real Ales (when they have them). And Bbeing a wetherspoons it has all the cheap beer and food specials. Do hate walking up those stairs to use the WC. Overall clean and friendly and if on the pull this is not a bad place to be.' Report
Great Gonerby Pubs : The Recruiting Sergeant pub in Great Gonerby near Grantham 'Very nice cozy pub, the real ales are Everads (or they were the last time I was there) so the beer is good. The food is also good. The staff has always been friendly. No beer garden that I recall though there is space for tables outside. Plenty of parking and overall very tidy. ' Report
Lincoln Pubs : Wig & Mitre Ltd pub in Lincoln 'This Steep Hill establishment is known more for their food than the beer. They have 2 or 3 real ales. Nice Wine list and great menu. 3 seperate areas to eat and drink so you normally don't feel crowded. The staff is nice and the place has a relaxed feel to it whether you are there for food or drinks. The Specials Board is always changing. No outside sitting areas but it is around the corner from the castle and the cathedral.' Report
London (WC) Pubs : Crown & Anchor pub in London (WC) 'Stopped in for a quick Pint and to get out of the rain. Very nice pub. Well lit, very clean, nice interior at least 3 real Ales along with the norm. Food available (though I didn't try any) and an upstairs bar area. In the middle of a very busy area just a little distance from Convent Gardens at the intersection of 5 streets so you were getting all sorts in here. Staff was very nice and helpful. Also lots of little shops and tiny cafes in the area. a block or 2 from the 7 Dials Clock' Report
London (WC) Pubs : Moon Under Water pub in London (WC) 'It's a Wetherspoons, so you should know what you are in for. Decent cheap beer + real ales, crowded at times, though not a meat market so you don't have to fight the loud music. Went early on a weekend and the breakfast was a tad disappointing. But it is in the middle of Liecster sq. so it has location going for it. Nice place to meet if nothing else' Report
London (SW) Pubs : Duke Of Cambridge pub in London (SW) 'Nice local pub just outside of Battersea Park. Beer Garden in front covered by umbrellas if needed. Inside has lots of soft couches and chairs. 3-4 real ales. Clean and well lit. 1 TV (that I noticed). Don't know if they had food or not. Seemed like a good crowd both serving and drinking' Report
London (SW) Pubs : The Prince Albert pub in London (SW) 'Very Nice Pub just outside of Battersea Park. 3 real ales on tap + the normal beverages. seems like they have a nice menu but I was only escaping the rain and had time for 1 beer. Very clean place. had a very good feel to the place with brass fixtures and what not. Not overly lit (but that's a good thing) and 1 TV to watch the footie. 1 bar tender on this cold drizzly day but he was very friendly and helpful ' Report
London (SW) Pubs : The Grove pub in London (SW) 'Very local Pub just south of Battersea Park. Had 4 real ale tap but none up and running. A couple of tables out front for the smokers. Very roomy with friendly bar tenders. 1 pool table. ' Report
Lincoln Pubs : Swanholme Tavern pub in Lincoln 'Great location next to Hartsholme Park (right on a pond/lake) and not far from a trail head (if you can find it). 3-4 real ales along with the regular yellow fizzy stuff. Pretty good menu. Very clean and extensive seating outside. Pleanty of parking Staff very professional (might have been busy but not real chatty). With this location you are not getting your die-hard boozers (a good thing) but there is a nice mix of clientele' Report
Lincoln Pubs : Tap & Spile pub in Lincoln 'Good Pub, extensive list of rotating real ales. Has Live music and a quiz night every so often. Staff friendly and knowlegible. Not the cleanest but not the messiest place around. Can be a bit dark at night and crowded. No food other than the crisps and nuts behind the bar. Street parking in the area if you are lucky otherwise pay lots across the street. Small beer garden for the smokers. Friendly clientele from the few times I've been there.' Report
Lincoln Pubs : The Magna Carta pub in Lincoln 'Nothing special about this pub other then it's location between the castle and cathedral. 1 or 2 real ales. Typical bar menu. Could do with a renovation as it's starting to look worn. They have a few tables outside for the nicer days and to watch the people walk by. The staff can get overwhelmed at times and just seem to be passing time till they get better jobs. In short an average pub.' Report
Lincoln Pubs : The Morning Star pub in Lincoln 'Nice pub, 4-5 real ales. A locals pub where everyone seems to know each other with a small beer garden to the rear. Lunch is served on certain days (not sure which ones). Bar staff very friendly and greet you with a smile. Seating by the fireplace is at a premium during the winter months. ' Report
Lincoln Pubs : The Peacock Inn pub in Lincoln 'Very nice pub (My local pub), 5 real ales (1 rotating)Hardy Hanson, Abbot, Speckled Hen, Green King IPA, 2 big screen TVs. Great food (reservations recommended). 3-4 tables serving as a beer garden/smoking area. Small parking lot. Could do with some brightening up but overall a good and clean place' Report
Harmston Pubs : Thorold Arms pub in Harmston near Lincoln 'Nice pub in a quiet village. 4-5 real ales. Good Food (stopped in for lunch). A bit of a mix and match interior but it seems to work. The owners are very friendly and tend to greet all the customers.' Report
Lincoln Pubs : Sippers Free House pub in Lincoln 'They've cleaned and re-painted the outside and it looks brighter on the inside so a positive step. Has 4 real Ales, still nice bar staff and friendly clientele of all ranges. Can get a bit loud at times (but most bars are like that) Worth a shot for a quick pint, if in the area' Report
