'Excellent pub. Nice place for locals to go when the centre of town is jam packed. Great food (sometimes so busy they have to close the kitchen) and cheap wine!'

'This is one of the more upmarket pubs of Newquay. A variety of very attractive staff (!), massive portions of great food, clean, beer garden over looking the sea... excellent place to escape the town centre.'

'The fort is good for families - with a childrens play area. Meals are basic, microwaved from frozen - but reasonable value. Big area outside to sit and view the sea. Not the most lively places to drink really.'
