Alrewas Pubs : The Swan Inn pub in Alrewas near Burton-On-Trent 'Ideal for canalboaters, this pub is quite pleasant, although the atmosphere is on the quiet side and the beer tastes like someone else drank it first. The food is nice but hardly cheap. Nice place to stop by for a break on a summer's walk.' Report
Alrewas Pubs : George & Dragon pub in Alrewas near Burton-On-Trent 'Good pub with a warm atmosphere. The usual beers are always joined by a guest beer and the food there is great, with an improbable variety to choose from. Recently the four inner rooms have been joined by a conservatory where darts can be enjoyed. With a TV tucked away for sports and a Beer Garden thrown in - well worth a visit.' Report
Kenilworth Pubs : Clarendon Arms pub in Kenilworth 'Decent pub, two rooms - both pleasant. Good beers good atmosphere.' Report
Kenilworth Pubs : Green Man pub in Kenilworth 'This used to be a solid local's pub but which has been revamped and reupholstered with leather everywhere and plenty of occasional furniture. Quite pleasant - a quiz venue on the Sunday - but all the beers taste the same and the atmosphere is banal at best.' Report
Kenilworth Pubs : The Tiltyard pub in Kenilworth 'Half decent pub out in the Kenilworth suburbia. Two rooms - one for a quiet drink and chat - the other for darts and pool and where the locals hang out. Beers taste ok. Atmosphere quite friendly - very clean but lacks real character.' Report
Polperro Pubs : Crumplehorn Inn pub in Polperro near Looe 'Full of character on the inside and the outside, The Crumplehorn Inn is a great pub for all. Tasty guest ales to choose from and the food there is some of the best I've ever eaten, the choice of which is matched by excellent value.' Report
Barton Under Needwood Pubs : The Red Lion Inn pub in Barton Under Needwood near Burton-On-Trent 'A very pleasant pub on the main street of Barton under Needwood. Lovely atmosphere and good beers. Its quite a small pub but always feels cosy rather than cramped. Used by young and old alike - a good place for a few drinks and pleasant chat.' Report
